Note that all fees except "Ready, Set, Violin!" are subject to GST.
Regular ONSP participation, August 1-5: $280
Symphony-only ONSP participation (evenings only), August 1st-5th: $80
"Ready, Set, Violin!" - a starter program for ages 4-6 (6-day program plus bonus day; 45-120 minutes per day) July 31st-August 5th: $180

"Ready, Set, Play!" program for beginning violinists (and violists!):

What are magic circles? Where do we play games like sharks in the water, Twinkle in a Blender, and Hide the Rosin? And just who are the Twinkle bunnies anyway? Have you ever wondered if the violin might be your child’s instrument? It’s time to find out!
In this 6-session set, students ages 4 - 8 receive a solid foundation of skills that will launch them on their violin (or viola) journey. With games, songs, stories, rhythm and movement, students will explore violin posture, meet the Twinkle Bunny Family, and learn the basic techniques required for making their first sounds on a real violin. No instruments or previous experience necessary. Parents come along with their child on the adventure creating a partnership which becomes the basis for consistent home practice should they decide to continue on to private lessons. Come and meet your new violin friends and play with us!

"Ready, Set, Violin!" starts with an orientation on July 31st, with group lessons daily from August 1st-5th. Please contact us for more details.

*Accepted Academy members and TA's received full tuition bursaries plus honorarium (see TA and Academy page).
